...keep in mind that genetics are genetics and the length your hair will grow is already predetermined.
For now, here are some suggestions on how to grow hair naturally...be patient honey.
1. Eat healthy.
2. Get active!
3. Drink plenty of water.
4. Sleep.
-Hair is made up of protein so increasing this may help increase hair growth (raw eggs but watch the water temp!).
-Vitamin E and B are also great for this.
-Increase folic acid intake. But don't start poppin' prenatal pills all crazy!
-massaging hair (can include rosemary or chamomile oil)
-Use a brush that is right for you. We recommend having a boar and plastic brush. Same with combs; the comb you use when your hairs wet should not be the same comb you use for everyday styling.
-Use a hot oil treatmentor lemon juice to make hair shiny.
