Day 30 - Getting Back in Shape After That Pole Dancing Class

Keeping on weight is so hard to do. Recently, I've started a diet that would assure I keep a blend of "thickness" and muscle even when I did not have the time to eat or work out. However, this regimen included weight lifting and exercise which I decided I'd be ok with for now.

For the past week I've been including supplements in my daily eating. Mixed with raw veggies and several egg whites in the morning I have been downing 56 drops of Dong Quai and Maca root. A few days ago I began 2 capsules of Fenugreek and after filming the show with Dr. Mac I included her Bella Nutri supplement for healthy skin, hair and nails.

I know what you are thinking. Gigi this is a lot of additional additives. How will you come to know what works and what doesn't? Very well. I have not been using the recommended amounts for Dr. Macs Bella Nutri. Instead I've been using one capsule a day until I am ready to double it. I am ok and willing to take these steps slowly and give my body the opportunity to accept these additional nutrients. After day 4 of eating raw greens and taking my supplements I noticed increased energy and a decrease in hunger. My concentration was on point and I was putting in 12 hour work days.

After a few more days, with the addition of heavy weight lifting and focusing on my bottom I had went from 118 to 122 to 125 and then 127. This was all in a matter of about one week. I knew sooner or later I would not be able to keep up this bottom thickness...yes my bottom was getting heavier than my top... so I decided to visit an organic supplements shop and purchased some organic soy protein mix. BOY THIS STUFF IS GREAT WITH HONEY AND HONEY ALONE!

Don't go anywhere as I keep up this diet and see if these supplements work on enhancing my muscular and feminine capacity :-)
