Day 5
Today I had the most scrumptious omelette I've ever experienced in my life. NO DRAMATIZATION! AND NO MEAT! Try this:
Lightly roast in a skillet of VOO:
-orange pepper
-red onion
-fresh garlic
-half habanero pepper (if you're a spice fan like me)
Steam some kale in a pot with a small amount of water and sprinkle of VOO.
Add a little sea salt to everything along with some fresh black pepper.
Mix your veggies with 2-3 eggs in a skillet with VOO.
I happened to have boiled some potatoes the night before so in one of the skillets I cut up some more red onions and fresh garlic and roasted them all as my omellete came to a finish. Quickly I brought a small pot of water to a boil and brewed some fresh dandelion and green tea. Mixed a cup of that with a tsp of honey and voila!
OMG! I impressed myself and this was all after a 45 minute minute workout in my room using 2 5lb weights and a chest as a stepper and workout bench. I focused on my arms, buttocks and abs. Tonight I'll do a similar workout. Don't ask why...I'm just in a much better mood to catch up for lost times ![]()
