Use the Food Pyramid as a Guide to Eat Healthy

It's not always easy to eat healthy, especially when your in school full-time, work full-time and even have children. Recently, I began my own study on healthy eating and exercise and I did not fail miserably but I did not succeed at the routine I setup for myself either. This is because I was going everywhere just trying to figure out what I should eat, how much of it and how much exercise I'd need to maintain weight for my particular body. That's why we've decided to put more healthy but useful topics up.

So men use this eating guide to determine how much food intake you should sustain on a daily to lose or gain weight.

And ladies use this guide here to help you lose or maintain your healthy desired weight.

Check out my results on the next page. I'm early 20's, 5'3, 128 lbs looking to get down to 125 lbs. However, I'm looking to lose fat and gain muscle but the report does not report on those factors but it is helpful...

I don't agree with this food pyramid. Only 3 servings of vegetables and a whopping 6 servings of rice and pasta? If anything it needs to be reversed.
