Day 20
Day 20 I made it! Yes it's been a hell of a week but even when the going gets tough you have to find time to workout. This week I had 3 shows I produced. One is called From The Other side and I have a male cohost and we talk about a range of topics from sports to politics relationships and so on. Then, as if one production a week is not enough I hosted That80sProm.com. Check it out. Super fun stuff, super fun time.
I will say this. Alcohol can really sabotage your diet plans. I was very honest and realistic with myself and came to the conclusion that it's the one thing I would not forgo on this diet. The reasons for this is numerous but it's a personal preference and so I won't get into it. Last night I had 3 rum and cokes. Not a big deal, right? Wrong. Calculate 3 by 95 and add 3 by 64. That's how many precious calories i consumed. Why am I mad about that? I absolutely looove food. I could've been eating those calories and my taste buds enjoying life.
So, what am I saying? I'm saying if I don't slow down or stop completely while on this program I could really fall short.
