Day 30 - Getting Back in Shape After That Pole Dancing Class

Day 22
Yesterday was Day 22! Yesterday was a good day. I worked out for 45 minutes straight but I didn't stretch. Why? One might ask this reasonable question. Well, I do not have much of a response except I was beat. Anyhow, I did mange to make a nice little snack after my workout.

I like to eat right after I workout because my calorie burning ability is much higher after you work out. So, even if I eat nothing my body is burning extra calories since it's trying to get back to its homeostasis point and cool itself down. For a snack I prepared grilled fish and veggies:

Take any kind of fish you'd like and fold it in half (vertically) with fresh spinach inside. Add a little MRS. Dash to the outside of the fish. Then take a slice of lemon and a habanero (if you like it spicy like I do) and wrap some green cabbage around it. Stick it in the Forman Grill and voila.

I made one with fish and one with shrimp!

PS - I uploaded a video on Youtube but it looks like only the audio was made available. Let me take another stab at it.
